Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order — such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — please contact us within 30 days of delivery at velora23.buisness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your refund request is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No return shipment is required.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection, so please review product details carefully before purchasing.
